Yes. The purpose of trademarks is to prevent confusion. Since I was the first one to start using the term, a lot of my clients associate it with Victory Editing. But over the years, others started using the term for their services, which led to clients contacting me to ask if So-and-So was working for Victory Editing, was it the same service, etc. That's exactly the reason you want to get a trademark, so I did.
